These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the cck1 platform by all registered members. By creating a cck1 account and using any of our services — including live casino games, cricket betting, slots, and payment facilities — you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Definitions & Interpretation
Note: Throughout these Terms and Conditions, certain words and phrases carry specific meanings as defined below. Reading these definitions carefully will help you understand your rights and obligations as a cck1 member.
- "cck1" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the cck1 platform, its operators, and the entity responsible for providing the services available at cck1.net.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a cck1 account or who accesses the cck1 platform in any capacity.
- "Platform" refers to the cck1 website at cck1.net, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, payment facilities, and support services available thereon.
- "Account" refers to the individual registered member account created by a Player on the cck1 platform, through which the Player accesses cck1 services.
- "Services" refers collectively to all products and services offered by cck1, including live casino games, sports betting (including cricket betting), slot games, promotional offers, and customer support.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, deposit match, cashback, or other incentive offered by cck1 to eligible Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn from a Player's account.
- "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the cck1 platform.
- "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay, which are accepted payment channels on cck1.
- "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as updated from time to time by cck1.
- "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive operations and deadlines stated in these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cck1. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the cck1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cck1 platform.
cck1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Section 2
Account Registration & Eligibility
18+ Requirement: The cck1 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Registration by, or use of the platform on behalf of, any person under 18 years of age is absolutely prohibited. cck1 takes its obligations regarding the protection of minors seriously and will take all necessary steps to enforce this requirement, including requesting proof of age documentation at any time.
Registration Requirements
To open a cck1 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Players aged 16 or 17 are not permitted to register even where local law may not explicitly prohibit it — cck1's internal policy sets 18 as the minimum age without exception.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity). Corporate accounts are not permitted on cck1.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number.
- You must not already hold an existing cck1 account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in all such accounts being suspended and any balances being reviewed for forfeiture.
- You must not be acting on behalf of or depositing funds owned by a third party. cck1 accounts must be funded and operated by the registered account holder only.
- You must not be self-excluded from the cck1 platform or from online gambling more broadly under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
- You must be accessing the cck1 platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming platforms is permitted in your location.
Identity Verification
cck1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm age and identity; proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; and proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund the account (for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
Accounts for which verification documents have been requested but not provided within a reasonable period will have withdrawal access suspended pending document receipt. cck1 will communicate all verification requests to the Player's registered email address and will aim to process submitted documents promptly.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cck1 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any third party. cck1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cck1 support at [email protected] immediately.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Currency: All transactions on the cck1 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). cck1 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player at the MFS or bank level are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Accepted Deposit Methods
cck1 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are published in the cashier section of the cck1 platform and may be updated periodically.
MFS deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within the same business day when initiated during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. cck1 will not be liable for delays caused by the Player's MFS provider or bank.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests from verified cck1 accounts are processed promptly. MFS withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform cashier rules at the time of the request.
cck1 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for larger amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks are conducted to protect the Player and to maintain the integrity of the platform. Pending verification, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold and the Player will be notified via their registered email address.
Prohibited Payment Practices
- Players must not attempt to deposit funds that originate from illegal activity. cck1 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks initiated by Players who have knowingly used the deposited funds for gaming are treated as a breach of these Terms. cck1 will take all available legal and technical steps to recover funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
- Players must not use payment methods registered in a third party's name. All funding methods must be registered in the Player's own name and match the account identity on file.
- Depositing with the intent to withdraw without genuine gaming activity may be treated as an attempt to use cck1 as a financial transfer mechanism, which is strictly prohibited.
Section 4
Bonus & Promotion Terms
cck1 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players from time to time. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of the offer.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to a Player's cck1 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the bonus offer details. Players are advised to check the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated at the time of the offer.
Bonus Abuse
cck1 takes a strong stance against bonus abuse in all its forms. The following behaviours are considered abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once (also known as "multi-accounting").
- Placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (also known as "bonus whoring" or "bonus hunting").
- Coordinating with other Players to exchange funds across accounts to exploit bonus structures.
- Providing false or misleading information during the bonus claim process to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or other non-human means to place bets intended to satisfy wagering requirements.
cck1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases of technical error, suspected abuse, or changes to platform policy. Decisions made by cck1 regarding bonus eligibility and compliance are final.
Section 5
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a cck1 member, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through lawful gaming activity. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered Players at all times. Breach of any of the following may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- You must use your cck1 account for personal gaming purposes only. Commercial use, resale of platform access, or any form of business activity conducted through a personal gaming account is prohibited.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data or source code from the cck1 platform.
- You must not use automated betting systems, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with cck1 games or betting markets without prior written authorisation from cck1.
- You must not engage in, facilitate, or attempt any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through your cck1 account.
- You must not attempt to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any bugs discovered must be reported to cck1 support immediately. Winnings generated by exploiting a known or reported bug will be voided.
- You must not collude with other Players in live casino games or other competitive gaming environments to gain an unfair advantage.
- You must not make threatening, abusive, or harassing communications to cck1 staff or to other Players via any platform communication channel.
- You must keep all account information current and accurate. You must notify cck1 promptly of any change to your registered email address, mobile number, or physical address in Bangladesh.
cck1 employs fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify suspicious account behaviour. Players whose accounts are flagged for investigation may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay suspended pending the outcome of the review. cck1 will communicate with the Player throughout any investigation process via their registered email address.
Section 6
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the cck1 platform — including live casino games, RNG-based slot games, sports betting markets, and specialty games — are operated in accordance with the rules published by the relevant game provider or sports data supplier. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for that specific game or market.
RNG Games (Slots and Table Games)
All non-live casino games on cck1 use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published by the respective game studios — Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others — and are available in the game information sections of each title. cck1 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.
Live Casino Games
Live casino games on cck1 are powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are streamed in real time from regulated studio facilities. All live game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the supervision of qualified dealers and are subject to continuous audit by the respective studio's internal compliance teams. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be settled based on the data recorded on the studio's servers at the time of disconnection.
Sports Betting
Cricket betting and other sports markets on cck1 are settled based on official match results and statistics from recognised official sources for each sport and competition (including BPL, IPL, ICC, and international bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, affected bets will be settled in accordance with cck1's sporting rules, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. cck1 reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict any bet in the event of suspected match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure on the cck1 platform, all affected bets and game rounds may be declared void at cck1's discretion. cck1 will not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the Player's original stake for the affected round. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and play" applies across all cck1 game products.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
Players may request the closure of their cck1 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via Live Chat. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion period may not be reopened until the exclusion period has elapsed and a formal cooling-off period has been observed.
Suspension or Closure by cck1
cck1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 5.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay.
- Account registration by a person under 18 years of age.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a recognised third-party gambling harm organisation.
- cck1 ceasing to offer services in the Player's jurisdiction, or being required to restrict access by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Where an account is closed by cck1 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, promotional credits, and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited at cck1's discretion. Real-money balances deposited by the Player (net of bonuses and promotional winnings) will be returned after an appropriate review period, unless the account closure is related to suspected criminal activity, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
Important: Gaming involves financial risk. You should never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. cck1 provides gaming services for entertainment purposes. Please read this section carefully as it defines the extent of cck1's liability to you in all circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cck1 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the cck1 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, or losses resulting from platform downtime, game malfunction, or payment processing delays.
cck1's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cck1 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be compatible with every device and network configuration. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cck1 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated to Players in advance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit cck1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to the operation of online gaming platforms serving the Bangladesh market. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through cck1's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as notified to Players from time to time.
